In light of the Canada Post strike, the Town of Vegreville is encouraging all property owners to sign up for E-Billing to receive their Town of Vegreville invoices via email to avoid any delays in payment.
If you’d prefer to continue to receive a paper statement of your invoices during the strike, please visit the 2nd Floor of Vegreville Town Hall. Should you choose to do so, you will incur the paper statement fee of $2.50/statement.
Signing up for E-Billing entails ALL invoices associated with your properties, including:
- Utility Bills
- Property Taxes
- Other Accounts Receivable Bills (Bulk water, dog licences, recreational fire permits, etc.)
You are responsible for submitting an E-Billing sign up form for both your residential properties and business properties (if applicable) to receive e-bills.
*Please note, paper statement fees for utility bills were effective April 1st, 2023 ($2.50/statement). To ensure you avoid a paper statement fee, please sign up for e-billing by clicking the options above.
